Supervisions and Backup

Our supervisors monitor the performance of our officers on duty and are directly responsible for maintaining our high standards of quality through bi-weekly inspections. They visit every assignment at irregular intervals during the day and night, insuring uninterrupted officer protection. The Supervisor defines and implements process changes as need to increase client satisfaction. Our Supervisor will ensure compliance of firm-wide policies and procedures. All supervisors are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Our Regional Manager is in direct communication with our Site Supervisor. Accounts are reviewed and scrutinized by our entire management team. This assures the highest level of service on a consistent basis. Through effective management and frequent inspections, quality assurance is successfully controlled.

Should the need arise, Colonial Security has additional trained personnel ready to respond to emergency staffing needs, vacation or sick time replacement. This assures that our clients will always have uninterrupted service with trained back-up security officers.

Our on-site Supervisor will be available to meet with you daily if needed. Our Regional Manager can meet with you weekly, monthly, or any set time you prefer. Our Site Supervisor's responsibility is to oversee all the work preformed by the guards and to directly communicate with the Property Manager regarding special requests, concerns, and issues. A weekly inspection form is to be completed and signed-off by your Property Manager. The performance of our Security Staff is evaluated on a continuous basis and is reported weekly to the Regional Manager.
